How is the assembly stand operated?

The assembly stand is motorized by an internal and maintenance-free spindle drive. It is connected to the socket via a low-voltage power supply unit.

How the height-adjustable internal rotor is guided

On the one hand via 4 internal plastic glides made of POM and on the other hand via 2 external guide blocks as additional torque support. We rely on a tried and tested system that has been used extensively in the industry for over 10 years.

How quickly the assembly stand moves

A trapezoidal spindle with a pitch of 12 mm (approx. 35 mm / sec.) is fitted as standard. The assembly stand is also available with other spindle pitches on request.

Our complete range of accessories can be reordered and retrofitted. We also supply the necessary installation material.

Switching off the lowering device

A sensor system (light barrier or similar) is not installed. The different bicycle and e-bike sizes would limit this too much. The end stops are of course activated via limit switches. We have installed a mechanical idle stroke for this purpose. This means that if the bike touches the ground and the hand or foot switch continues to be operated, the mounting arm and square tube remain stationary for approx. 3 seconds without any force being applied to the frame or the bike.

Guarantee

In addition to the statutory warranty of 2 years, we give an additional one-year guarantee on our products.

What to do in the event of a defect

Should a defect or fault occur, you can contact us at any time by phone or email. We will take care of an uncomplicated processing, repair or replacement as quickly as possible.

Is the assembly stand water-resistant?

The spindle drive including electronic components is located inside the column. We therefore specify an IP protection rating of 4.2, which means as much as:

IP 4.X: Protection against ingress of foreign bodies > 1 mm
IP X.2: Protection against dripping water falling at an angle

We do not want to completely rule out cleaning on the mounting stand, but we cannot guarantee this. If care is taken to ensure that no spray water gets into the area of the drive during cleaning, nothing should happen.
