How long does the battery last?
Approximately 100 ascents and descents with a load of 30 kg. The battery emits an acoustic signal when the charge level is too low. After this, 2-3 more lifts are possible (depending on the weight of the bicycle). The charging unit should then be connected for approx. 12 hours.
What is included in the scope of delivery?
The standard package includes a mounting arm, a battery and the charging power supply. With this set, the Mobile Assistant can be fully operated and used immediately. Accessories such as a transport case, tool tray, etc. can be ordered separately.
How is the assembly stand delivered?

Can the Mobile Assistant also be operated without a battery?
Yes, because the supplied power supply unit with a 4 m cable length can also be connected directly.

Can I wash my bike while it is clamped in the assembly stand?
Due to its electric drive, control system and battery, the Mobile Assistant is only suitable for this to a limited extent. We specify IP protection class 43, which means: protection against falling spray water.
